The AACBT run this national conference annually, it aims to bring together mental health professionals to discuss the latest research, treatment and findings in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. This year’s Conference Theme – Innovations in Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies across the Lifespan. The conference’s focus on the lifespan will educate health practitioners on how to treat disorders of childhood and adulthood successfully, as well as on how to deal with the difficulties associated with an ageing population.
